How Can I Get A Six Pack?

As we get closer to summer the number one question everybody asks is how can I get a six pack? Getting a six pack takes intense focus on performing the right routines but the reality is you can never out crunch poor decisions in the kitchen.  If you want a six pack you need to focus on every single thing you put in your mouth.  In the past I have shared the importance of HIIT Training and how it can burn that annoying last layer of belly fat,  my fat burning diet, and my basics of nutrition (Nutrition 101).  All of this will help you as you make better decisions in the kitchen and as you increase the intensity of your workouts but let’s be honest your workout may be only last about 30 minutes to 1 hour per day and the other 23 you spend will determine how quickly you hit your goals.  Use this guide that is broken down into fats, carbs, and proteins as your guide to shopping for a six pack.
