I want to share the amazing transformation of Kay Mason who has done an incredible job with Insanity Max 30 with one of the busiest schedules around! Here is her story in her own words.
Tell us about your life before you started the program. How did you feel about yourself and your body? Before starting my program I worked out but not consistently. I was not satisfied with my body composition because I have been in much better shape in the recent past. I lacked the energy, drive, and accountability I needed to do what my body was begging me to do.
What inspired you to change your life and begin your transformation journey? What inspired me to change my life was being fed up. I knew I was making all kinds of excuses about why I couldn’t work out and frankly I was tired of hearing my own excuses. I saw a post from my Beachbody coach and I thought, this is what I need to add accountability to do what I need to do. After speaking to Sean extensively (with a lot of poking and prodding from him) he convinced me to stop the excuses. Everything I came to Sean with he allowed me to see nothing I was saying was truly an obstacle.
What is the greatest challenge you faced before beginning the program? How did the program and Beachbody help you overcome that challenge? The biggest challenges I faced prior to the program was consistency and nutrition. I love the support Sean provides through Facebook Messages, Group Postings, etc. The other members of the group provide motivation to one another as well, so it’s like your own virtual accountability, supportive, life changing family.
What in particular did you like about the program you chose? I chose Insanity Max 30 because of the time it takes to do it. I can’t remember the last time I sweated as much as I have with this program. Describe the results you achieved with your Beachbody program.
Which achievements are you proud of? I’ve lost 15 lbs since starting the program and taking Shakeology. While the weight loss is a wonderful thing, I’m most proud of the significant change in my eating habits.
How has your life changed since completing your Beachbody program? I’ve become more consistent with working out but I’m still not where I want to be. I love the convenience of the BeachBody on Demand sessions which leads to less excuses of not being able to stick to my routine.
